RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.

All purchases made outside of the United States and Canada are final and not eligible for a return or exchange.

When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the item is damaged/defective, the customer has to send photos or a video within 48 hours after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or DOA (Dead On Arrival).

In this case, we will provide a refund/replacement for the product. The refund/replacement will be made at our sole discretion.

The Customer shall return the product within 30 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email). After 30 days of delivery of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customers.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All refunds will be an issue as per our refund policy. Please contact us via email, we will respond within 3 (Three) business days.

Moreover, if we remove or suspend you for your breach of the website terms then you will not receive a refund for our service.
