Return & Exchange Policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.

Products can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products can be exchanged for another item for up to 50 days from the purchase date. Products must be unworn and in their original packaging. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label on orders shipped in the U.S.

*Please note that we are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly from If you purchased the product(s) from another retailer, please contact them for their return policies.

*An $9.95 shipping & handling fee applies for return requests.

We accept only the products which were purchased on our website (not from any third parties). All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

- Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. 
- Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

Do you take everything back?
We'll do our best to take care of you, but from time to time we cannot accommodate a return.

Is there a time limit? 
We will do our best to take care of customers and deal with them fairly; we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time to time we may not accept a return. We accept the returns and exchanges for up to 30 days from the purchase date. 

How do you process my return if I paid with PayPal?
If your purchase was made with a PayPal account, your refund will be made to the credit or debit card associated with the PayPal account.

In order to receive store credit, all returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging

Do you accept returns outside of the US?
Returns are available to US and Japan members only for products shipped within the US (including APO/FPO/DPO addresses) and Japan.

*The US customers' products are shipped from the warehouse in the US.

*The Japan customers' products are shipped from the warehouse in Japan.

What if my item was damaged or I received the wrong item?
